Our co***ny was foundede in 2004, formerly in shandong dongying DE solid gold. Because of the development demand of our co***ny,we moved to qingdao China in April, 2011 amd renamed Qingdao Karbote Rubber Additives Co., Ltd.
At present, registered capital of our co***ny is 5 million yuan, and covers more than 300 mu,with 15 scientific research personnel and 110 ordinary employees. Using oil furnace process and coal tar as raw material, daily production of carbon black is up to 30-5- ton.
The main products are carbon black N220, N234, N330, N339, N375, N326, N550, N660, N772,N774 and N990,etc. They are mainly used in rubber industry,more applicable,belt (tapes) tire,V-belts, hith-pressure tracheal,etc. and also can be used for paper processing production, highway, building, nano carbon black, hith carbon etc, idiosyncratic products.
My co***ny has gripped mature and advanced production technology in researching and developing tires pyrolytic carbon wet granulation mechanical equipment during 3 years¡¯s research, and has confirmed the stability of production equipment. Black carbon particles uniform granulation (the TCSC0 model equipment made particulate which diameter is between 0.3mm-0.7mm) has a completion rate of more than 98% which has soveled the problem of silica tires pyrolysis and wet granulation and filled the blank of the world tire wet granulation pyrolysis .
